By using Scoot-Go, you agree to the following terms.

1. Service Description

Scoot-Go provides short-term electric scooter rentals intended for short-distance business travel.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of safely operating an electric scooter.

3. User Responsibilities

By renting a scooter, you agree that:

• Use of rented scooters is at your own risk
• You are responsible for safe operation at all times
• You will follow all applicable local laws and regulations
• You accept responsibility for any damage, loss, or misuse during the rental period

4. Rental Period

• The rental period begins when the scooter is picked up
• The rental period ends when the scooter is returned to the hotel front desk

5. Late Returns

Late returns may result in additional charges.

6. Damage and Loss

• Normal wear and tear is acceptable
• Damage beyond normal use, or loss of the scooter, may result in partial or full charges of the product

7. Weather Conditions

Scooters should not be used in unsafe weather conditions. Use during adverse weather is at the user’s discretion and responsibility.

8. Limitation of Liability

Scoot-Go is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from misuse, reckless behavior, or failure to follow safety guidelines. Users assume all risks associated with operating the scooter.

9. Equipment Condition & Maintenance

• Scooters are inspected and maintained regularly.
• Users must inspect the scooter before use and report any issues immediately.
• Continued use constitutes acceptance of the scooter’s condition.

10. Prohibited Use

Prohibited uses include:

• Riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Carrying passengers
• Riding in unsafe weather conditions
• Using the scooter for illegal activities

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scoot-Go’s liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the rental.

12. Independent Operation

Scoot-Go operates independently and is not affiliated with any hotel, employer, or property.
