Liability Waiver, Assumption of Risk, and Release of Liability

By renting and operating an electric scooter from Scoot-Go (“Company”), the undersigned Rider agrees to the following:

1. Acknowledgment of Inherent Risks

Rider acknowledges that the use of an electric scooter involves inherent and obvious risks, including but not limited to:

These risks may result in serious bodily injury, permanent disability, property damage, or death.

Rider acknowledges that these risks cannot be eliminated without fundamentally altering the nature of the activity.

2. Assumption of Risk

Rider knowingly and voluntarily assumes all risks, both known and unknown, foreseeable and unforeseeable, arising from the rental and use of the scooter.

Rider accepts full personal responsibility for any injuries or damages sustained.

3. Release and Waiver of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Rider hereby releases, waives, and discharges Scoot-Go and its owners, members, managers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to:

Rider agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company from any claims, lawsuits, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the rental.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.
